Ordered from Zoe’s Kitchen last week it was decent. The salad stuff and herbs tasted fresh, like someone in the back actually cared that day.
But then the tomatoes were kind of soft and the bread was dry, which made me wonder if there’s some weird fresh-ingredient rotation going on that we’re not supposed to notice. Like half the order got the good batch and the other half came from the “use this before anyone asks questions” pile.
Overall, not bad, just not as consistently fresh as I expected. I’d probably give it another shot, but next time I’ll definitely be watching for the tomato-and-bread situation again.

The food tasted okay overall, nothing really bad, but a few dishes were kind of bland. I kept thinking maybe they just needed a little more seasoning or something, because... yeah, it was just fine.

I reached out to customer service about my order and they did get back to me, but it took longer than I was hoping. The person I spoke with was polite, but at first it kind of felt like I was just another ticket number rather than someone they were really trying to help. Eventually they got everything sorted out, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall, just not the best...

We’ve ordered from Zoe’s Kitchen a few times now, and it’s been easy to find options that work for both of us. I don’t eat meat, my partner does, and there are also gluten-free choices that aren’t a hassle to figure out. Nothing super fancy, but it’s been reliable and we’ve both been able to get something we actually wanted.

Ordered dinner from Zoe’s Kitchen and, to be fair, most of it was right. The food tasted fine, but they forgot one of the sides and gave us the wrong sauce. It wasn’t a huge deal, just kind of annoying to realize after we’d already gotten home. Overall not a terrible experience, but they could definitely be a little more careful with orders

Ordered from Zoe’s Kitchen for the first time the other night, it was better than I expected. I don’t know if it was just what we picked or what, but everything tasted fresh and had actual flavour, which isn’t always the case when you order online.
The spices were there but not over the top, and the sauces tasted kind of homemade in a good way. My family ended up liking it too, even the ones who are usually picky about this kind of food. Definitely think we’ll get it again

Just wanted to share in case anyone’s wondering about the packaging — my order arrived really neatly packed, with nothing squashed or leaking. The boxes felt sturdy and everything still seemed fresh when it got here. it was better than I expected. You can tell they actually put some care into packing things properly, so I’d feel comfortable ordering again.

I ordered from Zoe’s Kitchen and, to be fair, the food did show up and it was fine when it got here. But the delivery took longer than I expected, not crazy late, just slow enough to be frustrating. The tracking didn’t really help much either, so I was basically just guessing when it would arrive. What bugs me is how these delivery policies always seem to have little loopholes where it’s technically “on time” or not late enough to do anything about, even when the experience still isn’t great. Overall, the food was decent, but the delivery speed definitely could’ve been better. 3 stars

I was only jumping on Zoe's Kitchen to find something quick for lunch, but I ended up spending a bit longer browsing because there were so many good options. I liked that there were lighter choices as well as meals that felt a bit more filling, so I didn’t feel stuck picking from the same usual things.
It was actually kind of reassuring to see such a wide menu, especially when you’re ordering for more than just yourself and want to make sure everyone will find something they like. The site made it easy to look around, and I felt confident I’d be able to choose something without second-guessing it too much.

The food was good, and I enjoyed it. I just felt like the portion was a bit small for what I paid. Not bad overall, but I definitely expected a LITTLE more on the plate.
